    It was the best TV I've purchased so far. As far as the smart t, v, it's, the smartest and pitcher is crisp and clean. The colors are deep the sound is great I love this TV.

    I love TV, colors are awesome , don't need sound bar (at least most of the times). The only flaw I have is not even screen in the bottom right corner. Doesnt change my experience when it's turned on but noticable when it's turned on (I know it's common for OLED TV's)

    Incredible TV. Seeing is believing. Our salesman Gabriel showed my wife and I the Bravia after saying we were focused on the LG. We could see the difference in store even though they were separated quite a bit.Sony was $200 more (until next day) but we took a chance. Glad we did. Not only a great picture, but the sound is best ever from TV . Not booming base but after adjustments, it's all we want and voice is tops. Sorry Sony. Don't need your sound bar or the one I have. For those of you who, like me, are not tech savy, I would say pay for the setup and save some heart burn unless you have a good friend who can do it.

    I was on the fence about buying this TV because the sales person said it was last years model... got it home and was blown away! Last Years Model !?! It was better than expected and the sound without a sound bar was still fantastic, but I did buy one...

    Bought the 65" version of this TV as an open box almost exactly 1 year ago. For the price $1050, I am still happy with it today. I am using it as a secondary tv to a Sony 75-850E (2017 model), in my living area. The new tv is better in every way. I new it wasn't as bright as some other models, but wanted to experience OLED. 4k YouTube videos are INSANELY life-like. Have had many compliments and would buy again at that price 10/10. Best Buy in general has been great to work with. Pricing for most things, when on sale or even open box are generally really good. I will be looking to upgrade the 75" with a Bravia 7, when I can find the right deal.

    Awesome TV, picture quality is amazing. You’re getting a premium TV at midrange price. The smart features are very quick and easy to access. The sound is very good, but sometimes it’s way loud with effects and dialogue is somewhat quiet. I wish they would make a sound leveling setting or something. One little thing I don’t like is the menu/settings are hard to navigate. You have like 3 different setting/menu buttons and having this TV for like 6 months I still don’t know which button does what.. overall great TV you won’t be disappointed.
