Have only had this TV a few weeks, but am very happy with it. It has beautiful color and definition. Can't wait to get to use all the apps and features.

Awesome TV, picture quality is amazing. You’re getting a premium TV at midrange price. The smart features are very quick and easy to access. The sound is very good, but sometimes it’s way loud with effects and dialogue is somewhat quiet. I wish they would make a sound leveling setting or something. One little thing I don’t like is the menu/settings are hard to navigate. You have like 3 different setting/menu buttons and having this TV for like 6 months I still don’t know which button does what.. overall great TV you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic picture. Colors are outstanding. Works great with the Sony Soundbar and Speakers for the theater feel. You can’t go wrong. Highly recommend.

You won’t be disappointed with this. Really wonder if the 95L would be worth it but not for how much more expensive it is compared to this model.

I can’t say enough good things about this tv. The picture is phenomenal. For a real home theater experience, add one of the higher end Sony soundbars, subwoofer, and rear speakers, and the immersive sound effects will BLOW YOUR MIND. I highly recommend this tv ( I have 3 of them in my home).

I went into the store looking for a Samsung OLED tv, but the Sony rep convinced me of the advantages of the Sony processor. When I pulled the Besy Buy rep aside to try and get a less biased opinion, he agreed that the Sony would give me better results. I’m using a new 4k AppleTV as my source. First impressions watching the new Mission Impossible and the Superbowl, it seemed good and crisp, although it was a little harsh, but i wanted to wait until it was mounted to dial it in. Now that its up, I’m doing everything I can to get the picture to feel lifelike and the sound balanced (since this is suppsoed to be a strength). No matter what I do, one scene will look good and the next looks over saturated. Not sure the sound is that great either. I would say the unit is average at best. I’m really regretting going against my gut and buying this TV. If Best Buy showed up to repace it with my original choice, I’d likely be much happier.

The picture and sound are of great quality but the TV just randomly turns off right after I turn it on sometimes and also freezes up to the point where we have to pull the TV console out and unplug it. It's a love hate relationship. I love it when it's working but hate that after spending so much money it doesn't always work. Oh yeah,and this is all after it completely stopped working after we had it for 6 months and we had to wait for almost a whole month before it was repaired.

This is an excellent tv, and is sutible for all my media needs. The 120hz feature and hdr pairs perfectly with my gaming pc for a beautifully looking picture, when watching movies or shows the detail in both the brightest and darkest if scenes is immaculately produced. The amount of fine tuning avalible pairs fantastically with the ability to store multiple profiles for diffrent inputs. Little to no adjustments when pairing with my sony sounds system. Highly recommend for anyone looking to step up from an led pannel.

Fairly straightforward/simple to set up. I like being able to customize and try different options but not when it's confusing or requires lots of navigation in a convoluted menu (e.g. couldn't figure out how to turn off voice navigation on samsung tv for about 2 years). The interface & remote works direclty with DirectTV in a smooth/easy fashion. Has all the bells and whistles of an OLED with great graphics and easy to use.

SONY is always the best, and this picture with the OLED is a difference maker for sure! the colors and definition are light years beyond LED. There IS a difference.

Amazing picture and sound. Bright enough to watch during the day and didn’t even have to use the dynamic setting. Great TV. Totally recommend!

Amazing color reproduction. Compared this TV to many others and highly recommend it! If I had a bigger house, I would buy more of these. Use it almost exclusively for my PS5 and Nintendo Switch. Ok, and I may binge some Disney+, Max, and Netflix for way too long as well…

Best TV for the $$. Had LG and it died after 18 months. Sony quality is best.

I love thos TV, I dont even use my ps5 as a media center anymore. I have the surround sound system too it rocks. Everything just works.

This tv is a great buy for anyone that likes to tailor their viewing pleasure. Sound, picture are easy to program to your desired level. I was hoping the remote was illuminated but its not. Picture quality, refresh rate are excellent in HD. The only problem I have had with the tv is that it compresses the picture into a single pixeled left to the left of the screen. You have to restart the tv when this happens.

It has a good picture and sound. I am wired by a HDMI cable to a Sony home theater system. Rather often my tv remote would lose the ability to adjust the volume up or down. I would have to use the sound system remote to adjust the volume. And occasionally even that didn't work. Sometimes though, the tv remote would start working again later in the evening. I could get things working again by doing a soft reboot to the tv. After a home visit my Geek Squad agent couldn't figure out a solution. I'm getting a LG as a replacement next week. Best Buy made this return and replacement a very easy procedure.
