Brilliantly clear picture with vivid colors. Easy to use and was set up in minutes. We use hearing aids so we had to add a sound bar.

Glad I convinced myself to make the jump from a 10 year old Sony LED TV to this OLED TV. The colors are phenomenal in comparison to my older LED TV as well as the picture quality and the sound. It integrates very well with my Sony tunner for incorporating the TV speakers into the existing surround sound as well. Long story short…If you are reading this and have a LED TV thats been around for several years do yourself a favor and upgrade, your eyes will thank you!

You know when you see the TVs in the store and the pictures are spectacular? Well, this one is just as spectacular when you get it home. The picture is beautiful. The sound is excellent. I feel no need for a soundbar. Besides the beautiful picture, the advantage of OLED is that it looks just as good from anywhere in the room, not just straight ahead. I have had it only a few weeks but so far I am thrilled! All in all, I love this model and size, and the OLED has to be my favorite of all the TVs right now.

This is a beautiful TV. The picture is nice & vibrant without being overly saturated like the Samsung OLED. It has a very clear picture & handles motion well. The screen is bright enough to be in a bright room with no problem. I’ve always believed that Sony makes some of the best TVs & this one is no exception to that. The quality is just out of this world. We will be enjoying this TV for years to come!

The picture quality is fantastic. The colors are vibrant and the dark scenes are pitch black with minimal blooming effect. I like it a lot.

I love this TV! Awesome screen and sound. No problems with apps. Remote control scrolls very fast. Only negative is the price, but I'm willing to pay the price for the quality. As far as Geek Squad goes for installation, don't waste your money. Took over a month for an appointment cause their "third party" installers kept cancelling/not showing up.

Needed to replace my 8 year old Sony. Did a lot of research and shopping before I came to the conclusion that this was the best deal, for our family needs. I have it hooked up to a DirecTV Stream box, Roku and a Fire Stick. All video looks great and I see a big improvement over the older Sony LED TV. I am feeding all of the devices into a Denon AVR, and using a single feed into the TV, and the audio is in perfect sync with the video. We are glad we choose the Sony Bravia XR A80L.

This is an amazing TV. The picture is sharp and lifelike. There are several picture modes to enhance watching movies. It has a very slim profile and frame. The TV sound is superior to my old Bose sound system. I definitely recommend this TV and having the Geek Squad install it. They set up all the apps and demonstrated all the TV features.

This is a great TV ,Picture is amazing but like all tvs you have to adjust them to your liking, best picture and sound ever, just need to do a little tweaking.

Best TV i have ever had by far. I have been always a Samsung guy since 2008 never had an issue with Samsung but a representative at Best Buy talk me into buying a Sony. I was initially going to buy an LG but he told me that Sony it’s better and it works really good with my PS5. He was right, so I made the decision of getting the Sony TV. The picture quality it’s amazing. I’m glad I listened to a representative I could have been happy.

The picture quality is great. You can go very bright with their "Vivid color" menu selection, or tone it down to something more every day. Responds to voice commands. Lots of free TV channels available. There are a lot of preloaded apps. My complaint is that they make it nearly impossible to download competitive apps. It's even difficult just to find the Google Play Store , and when you try to use it it typically will direct you to one of the existing apps rather than simply let you download something . I suspect this is because Sony was paid by all these other apps that are on there and Google wants to track everything I'm doing for data collection. This is probably a problem with every TV, not just Sony.

Got this baby for the living room. I watch soccer during the day and football at night. i had a 55" but it got a little difficult to follow the ball. Th 65" makes it so much easier to keep up with the game. I'm over 60 and so are most of my friends so I guess I'm hosting the Super Bowl and World Cup from now on. I got the TV so there going to bring the chicken wings and beer.

Working with BB sales rep listen on what my needs were for TV & Sound system. After going though all my options on the Sony A80L 65" & Sony Soundbar HTA3000 adding the sub woofer. The picture quality is wonderful viewing for all angles. Sound is awesome. Went full streaming and cut the cord. Takes little time getting use to working with new remote and wish the remote had light back ground. Really made no modification to colors. Took out of box and hung it on the wall. Very happy with my purchase from BB
