It's been very good since but I'm wondering if the Samsung would have been a better option. I chose the Sony since it was the same price but a deeper discount sale price thinking I was getting a better TV for the same money. I've been a Samsung fan for years so maybe it's just an adjustment to the picture. OLED was advertised as a huge upgrade, but I haven't seen the leap in picture quality to make it worth the $2k. Maybe it's just my old eyes - we'll see... : )

Allows the TV to do all it can. Razor sharp. I got a sound bar but honestly I may move that to another room; this A80L has the best sound I've heard on a flat screen. Last comment: It's OLED, so they say not as bright as other tech, but in my room with little ambient light it is PLENTY bright.

The picture is phenomenal. For a real home theater experience, add one of the higher end Sony soundbars, subwoofer, and rear speakers, and the immersive sound effects will BLOW YOUR MIND. I highly recommend this tv ( I have 3 of them in my home).

Remote control scrolls very fast. Only negative is the price, but I'm willing to pay the price for the quality. As far as Geek Squad goes for installation, don't waste your money. Took over a month for an appointment cause their "third party" installers kept cancelling/not showing up.

There are several picture modes to enhance watching movies. It has a very slim profile and frame. The TV sound is superior to my old Bose sound system. I definitely recommend this TV and having the Geek Squad install it. They set up all the apps and demonstrated all the TV features.

The images are so crisp and I don’t have to struggle to hear the tv. I’m also very prone to migraines, used to get them all the time if I watched movies for too long. Idk if it’s because the oled makes it easier to watch the dark scenes, but my migraines are almost non existent after binge watching Netflix. I also use this as my monitor for my gaming and it keeps up with bg3 no problem! Love love love

The contrast in the picture is the best ive experienced, and the home screen and settings are extremely easy to navigate. The 65 inch is a perfect size for a small/med size apartment.
