    Great tv, only reason I put 4 stars overall because the remote should have lighted buttons for when using in a darkened room, and noting that we watch in a darkened room as the only setting we found that is bright is the vivid setting. Most of what we watch are in cinema mode so need the darker room.

    Great tv but missing parts and no one really resolved my issues… overall bad experience with Best Buy offered me $25 credit instead of replacing missing parts!!!

    Overall picture is much better than our 10 year old Samsung. Newer technology! As far as the audio goes on the new Sony, it STINKS. If you hook it up to a sound bar or your own stereo you'll be fine.
