    This TV is great. Got lots of help on the sales floor as well. I replaced an LG C1 with this and I am very happy with the change.

    Bought this on Thanksgiving sale with lot of excitement. Sony products was my family's dream from childhood. Used the TV for barely 20 days , TV Doesn't have good sound system of its own. Good image quality but inbuilt sound system is pathetic. it started giving problems when you hear it in high volume. Started malfunctioning when 25 days and used to take lot of time start ir the screen used to get black out when you pause the TV. Would recommend people to buy other brand rather giving their hard earned money to his brand. Best buy executive were very helpful with me in getting it returned as the product was in return period. Would recommend people to test the performance or compare the quality in stores prior buying it. Had a Samsung frame TV earlier which is quite better i feel. As the service/repair process etc are costly in USA, its better one take this decision judiciously.
