Tv does not work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the tv for one week, and then it stopped working. I called to get service, and have to wait ten days for an appointment. Hopefully, next week a service person will come and fix the problem.

Junk tv in less then a year.

In the first 6 months it had picture retention/burn in or whatever you call it. Was NEVER told this could happen. Pictures are so dark in dark scenes cannot hardly make out whats going no matter how we try to adjust settings. This tv is junk!!

This is a characteristic of the materials used in OLED screens. To mitigate this, the TV is equipped with functions like Panel Refresh and Panel Calibration, which help maintain screen uniformity. For the issue with dark scenes, we recommend adjusting the Picture settings. Ensure that the Picture mode is set to Standard, which is optimized for home use. You can also adjust the brightness and contrast settings to improve visibility in dark scenes.

Sony never again
