Tv does not work

Junk tv in less then a year.

In the first 6 months it had picture retention/burn in or whatever you call it. Was NEVER told this could happen. Pictures are so dark in dark scenes cannot hardly make out whats going no matter how we try to adjust settings. This tv is junk!!

This is a characteristic of the materials used in OLED screens. To mitigate this, the TV is equipped with functions like Panel Refresh and Panel Calibration, which help maintain screen uniformity.
