If I had to change something, it would be how the back was designed. Seems like a step backwards from my older a1e. Who looks at the back anyways lol. Other than that gorgeous. Motion, color, features, OS, remote, bezel, simply great.

The only disappointment is that the google platform does not permit use with xfinity stream app so I have to use a streaming device to watch tv. It’s a Google/Xfinity competition/business issue.

Expensive, but incredible

Has every feature under the sun. I use it in my bedroom about 12 feet away. It's just the right amount of brightness for falling asleep at night while picking up a show or movie. Feel like you're at the theater if you turn all the lights off. If i accidentally turn on Vivid mode, it will burn my eyes out with how bright it can get. No purchase regret, just pure happiness.

Sony 65” 4K TV along with the Sony soundbar/surround speaker system. Best Buy installed both TV and soundbar/surround system. Techs were on time knowledgeable and most importantly got the job done…correctly the first time. Would not hesitate to use Best Buy again. Highly recommend!

Great but needs some improving

This TV would be an easy 5 star but I could not get past the motion. Everyone says Sony has the best motion but there was a lot of stutter. Even after messing around with the setting I felt like I could never dial it in quite right. Its a shame because it really was a great picture.

The only issue I have is the slight tilt of the TV. Fully understand why as you don't want the TV falling forward. I'm using the stand pointed towards the back for a clean front look. The TV is in an entertainment center up at eye level so the slight tile back, while not needed for a perfect viewing angle, looks really stupid in the entertainment center. Fixed it by putting felt pads under the back feet under the stand to tilt the TV forward so it matches the sides of the entertainment center. Simple fix but took awhile as the TV is heavy and with only an inch clearance on the sides is not the easiest to slide. And now the price dropped $500. Price adjustment!!!
