Remote control poor quality

The picture has always been very good. I have bought mostly Sony products hoping/expecting that they will “play well together.“ my set up is fairly simple: TV, sound bar, Blu-ray player and cable box. I expected the Sony remote to be able to handle that simple set up. The remote was so unstable I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get a universal remote programmed to run that routine system. What a disappointment.

Had a minor video clearity issue. (open box tv)

The video is not as clear as it should be. It is not noticeable to the average person but I am a big fan of clear high quality video content. So, I noticed it clearly. I bought another TV A80L (also from Best Buy) and compared them side by side and I was right. It was an open-box tv so this is not totally unexpected.

Never buy a Samsung

Contacted Best Buy and were told that we had to work with manufacturer because we were past the 90-day ‘waranty’ of our installation (been about 95 days). We knew nothing of this 90-day policy and could not locate on receipt.

Grayson was fantastic getting the stand setup right. Very pleased with the Sony/Sanus combination. I don't use sound, run that through sound system.
