Grayson was fantastic getting the stand setup right. Very pleased with the Sony/Sanus combination. I don't use sound, run that through sound system.

Contacted Best Buy and were told that we had to work with manufacturer because we were past the 90-day ‘waranty’ of our installation (been about 95 days). We knew nothing of this 90-day policy and could not locate on receipt.

Disapointing Sony Bugs and Failures Ruins It

If you play high res media like HDR 10 or Dolby Vision from USB attached drives using built in Sony tech, it will not play. Period. This should have been a world class television. Could have been except there are declared features that are buggy and at least one flat out does not work. To add insult to a $3,000 injury, Sony's support is worthless and denies there is anything wrong, Yet they work really hard to find unacceptable workarounds for you. Failure. Very clear they are lying about this product. Don't let yourself be fooled. Test before you buy. Too big to rebox and return.
