Glad I waited for the X90J because this TV is awesome! The picture is sharp, but one of my fave features is that it ships with Google Assistant! I've already installed smart lights and a smart thermostat, so when I plugged in the TV, setup was easy once it joined my Google Home-enabled network. OMG, I *love* this TV!

I personally think that Sony TV's have warmer colors. While the OLED has a somewhat better picture because of the "true" black it is also more sensitive to external light. So it depends on the lighting conditions you will be using the TV in and how much you want to spend. You will not be disappointed in the the XR 90J. I prefer using the TV with a Sonos sound bar.
