With an Android operating system I can doewnload oter Apps, if needed, and controlo many functions from my Cell Phone. The voice control is also a very good feature. Well done Sony. I cannot say enough kind things about this crew. I greatly appreciated getting the tv stand since I ordered them at two separate times and the new tv would not fit on my old stand. The old tv was set up in a different room and that was a blessing. When they were done setting up the tv, Mike went through the process of making sure that my family was familiar with the tv and we were comfortable working it. The crew took out all of the boxes and left the room like they found it. I bought the tv, soundbar and stand from Troy. He was very friendly and professional as well. He expressed a lot of knowledge about what I wanted and made sure I got what I wanted. The whole team at Best Buy was terrific. Thank you and have a safe holiday.

I’ve always found Sony TV’s to have a great clear picture and although they might cost a little bit more than other decent brand TV’s, they last longer and perform better...in my opinion.

Great Picture, Perfect Size

This TV works very good with my streaming stations and is perfect for my PS5 games. I have noticed that certain apps are a little buggy, but overall the TV was worth the price.

I also like that you can access Netflix and YouTube from the remote. The sound is horrendous though. Gave me headache. Took us forever to make this tv work with our Samsung soundbar. The geek squad didn’t know how to connect it either. So we spent a week figuring it out. Now everything is connected and we are enjoy the TVs with quality sound.

But this one looked amazing and had the features I wanted. Decided to give it a shot vs my normal go to with Samsung or LG. Its exactly what I wanted, top of the line mid price range tv. You need to research before you buy. I suggest youtube and in store browsing. One last tip research things like hdmi inputs and dolby atmos and refresh rate if you are a gamer.

There are some blooming issues, but that is expected on a regular LED TV. I suggest looking at this TV if you are looking to get a new gaming TV but don't want to go with an OLED.

After 9 months it started to get glitchy and slow. It has problems remembering which shows I had watch and even with very fast internet it still has problems loading some shows. I think it’s bias. The smart TV is now becoming dumb.
