We did purchase the geek package and that has been frustrating as we live 100 miles from the store and had to leave both computers for a week with no way to communicate or get updates. The TV install was fine but they did not go out of their way to help us get started and learn how to use remotes etc. We were unable to use our credit toward items for the install as the citibank best buy card cannot seem to get mailed to us, delays in paying it right away. Still no card and we now have to buy something we do not need with our credit before it expires. Very complicated and each store should be able to answer their calls. A central 800# gives you a different answer evry time, New person from who knows where doing the best they can but they cannot speak for the store.

Happily Ever After....

I am 100% pleased with this TV and so happy I decided to save the money. The streaming platform is very user friendly and unlike my LG OLED TV Sony allows you to have an icon for all streaming companies. The delivery crew were absolutely amazing and even fixed a mounting issue I had with a TV I purchased a few months back while they were at my house. Excellent customer service goes a long way for me and the Geek Squad has been exceptional and made my recent move so much less stressful. Thank you Best Buy!
