Ok, but not satisfied

I was expecting better picture quality. I put the TV on Vivid which improved the quality immensely. Connecting it to the HDMI 2.1 port also helped. When watching sports I could see the pixelation as the players moved up and down the field (soccer) and court (basketball). While I wasn't completeley thrilled I decided to keep the TV. After 6 days in my apartment the sound on the TV stopped working. I returned the TV to Best Buy. The return process was easy and well done. I have replaced the TV with the Samsung NEO QLED. The picture quality difference was immediately noticeable. I'm please with the Samsung.

The only other TV I considered is the Sony OLED(2021). At $4000 compared to $1600 this was an easy decision.
