Considered buying a 43 inch model to replace the relic, but decided to shift the 50 inch from the den to the bedroom....a Samsung. I was narrow-minded to consider a new Samsung for the den until talking to BB sales EE about the Sony option. The XR-6590J is a far cry from the beginning, but I am very pleased with my new Sony's performance/features and with technical advice from sales.
