I immediately went to Best Buy where I had purchased the tv. I scheduled a visit from the tech guys but the tv went completely black screen. I canceled the tech visit and bought a new tv. In a few days, the tv was delivered from Best Buy. The delivery guys installed it , set it up and removed the old tv. Great business.
