We are so sorry you are having a glare problem and picture issue when watching apps or playing your Roku streaming box. This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have on our premium TV.
Current model LCD or LED TVs have an aspect ratio of 16:9 or 1.78:1. We are not sure what source device or streaming applications you are playing. However, you may try following the troubleshooting steps below for issues with TV screen or aspect ratio:

Legs stuck

Now the legs are stuck and I can't remove them. I searched you tube,Sony sites for remedy,nothing.Went to Best Buy to ask how to get them off.They said just pull them out.I tried with 2 people.We can't. I'm moving to another State soon,I can't even pack it in the original box becausr it won't fit with the legs on.I'm afraid I'll have to use a hack saw .

Won’t stay connected to Netflix

However This Sony Bravia will not stay connected to Netflix. All other apps work fine. But when watching a show on Netflix it disconnects every 9 minutes and there is no fix. After researching the internet for a possible cause it became clear that this is a common issue with the Sony Bravia TV. Countless people have had the same issue. It seems Sony wants to blame it on internet connection. However I have the fastest internet speed available. The issue is not the WiFi/internet. It’s an internal problem with the Sony Bravia. Wish I had known sooner. If you want to use Netflix I suggest purchasing a different brand.
