The only caveat is that the accessory to feed the wires/cables within the wall could not get installed because there was not enough space. The accessory was returned with no problem

A soundbar or A/V receiver with speakers are a must. No TV speakers are really very good.

I tried everything like disabling cec and other features but nothing has changed and there seems to be no solutions. Great picture but this kills the mood when I see it on randomly

I will tell you to get the most out of the TV you will need a sound bar. The tv speakers are not that loud and have very little base.

Out of the box the set up/stock settings made 4K video choppy and terrible. Thought I made the worse decision. After set up it keeps up with the nest game systems like I expected

I read the reviews and the biggest negative was the consistent internet disruption. I was told that this issue was corrected with this newer model. So far my experience has proven that to be incorrect. I should have gone with the Samsung.

It’s okay but not if you use Netflix a lot

Unfortunately I can not return it. I have never had an issue with Sony TVs before now. I can only play a movie/title for a few minutes before it closes down and takes me back to the Home Screen. I have tried unplugging it, restarting it, updating, re downloading app, clearing cache, even stopped google home or whatever . I can’t think of anything else I can try . If you’re getting a Sony don’t get the Google system in it, choose the one with android . My brother has a Sony Bravia but it’s android. I suggest really researching the tv before you waste a lot of money on it. If you don’t use Netflix then it’s a good tv. Hope Sony fixes the issue soon:(

great color & easy setup

Little muffled. Not just me several others commented on the sound. Once added sound bar the room volume was better but still little muffled sound

Excellent unpacking, but when the guy hooked everything up and made sure I was satisfied, he didn't hook up the only HDMI cable to HDMI 3, which was the preferred E-Arc hookup. Other than that, they were Excellent, and would recommend them to anyone.

Great TV after repair

Couple of days later I noticed that the TV was rebooting after it was off for overnight. Geek Squad stood by it and replaced main board under warranty. It has been a week since the repair and all is good with the Tv.
