    Worst TV I’ve ever used or even SEEN.

    Ok first, really?! It was so good at first and looked amazing! It took only a week for the horrors to settle it. When I was playing on my switch, it cut out. This was confusing because I was optimistic because it was the first time and I had just gotten a new switch anyway. Though, my family prefers playing on the Xbox series S and of which had also just been purchased the day we got the TV. It happened again on the Xbox. It cut to black, just like the Nintendo switch. We were now mad. We restarted just like Sony said would undo the effects, which would work for a bit, but would eventually end up going back. Later, it did this to our Apple TV (we have because google’s in-built software is bad), and also kicks out our sound bar because it’s an HDMI device I guess??? So this TV has now kicked out every HDMI output device plugged in which is horrible. There is one more thing to it which is refusing to turn on the output for consoles at all. This is new, but still annoying. My 10 year old Sony TV that has a line through it (because of my annoying younger bother) would be better to use. Anyway, Sony, please do not buy this, and to Sony, please fix it!

    No great for the price! Blurry feature!

    Dont get this TV, scenes look blurry due to a feature in the TV where it automatically blurs out the background while it's supposed to bring out the sharpness in rhe foreground. BUT, it doesn't work that way, it just blurs out anything it wants to blur out, even someone whonis featured in rhe foreground. It litearlly hurst my eyes trying to focus on what I'm watching. I would not recommend rhis TV at all.

    Constant app crashes

    Most frustrating purchase (and support from Sony) in a while. I was so excited for this TV but it keeps crashing the Netflix app and my Chrome tab or screen casting on Windows 10 every 5-10 minutes. It's unwatchable... I tried talking to Sony support about this and here is what I got: "We would like to inform you that we have received the cases with the same issue and our team is investigation this. I request you to wait for the resolution from our team." I asked how long and... "I really wish I can help you with that information, currently there is no ETA on this. However, our team is going to fix this soon." I will be returning this TV back to the store.

    HAVING TO UNPLUG MY TV TO GET IT TO WORK AGAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF NAVIGATING IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I just bought this expensive tv a couple months ago. This occasional behavior changes my whole experience with televisions. Having to unplug it, seriously???!!!

    Blown Pixel! Do Not Buy Sony!

    I bought a Sony Bravia tv, model number XBR-65X850, three years ago and I now have a blown pixels in the center of the screen. When I contacted Sony I was told the tv was not under warranty and they "could not help me further." The service center is also an hour away. On top of this, when I contacted the service center, I was told dead pixels can not be repaired. I bought a Sony brand tv because Best Buy said "Sony makes the best quality tvs," but three years later I have dead pixels in the middle of my screen. I have a Sharp brand tv and Samsung tv that are much older and still functioning fine. The Sony tv was bought to replace the Sharp tv! I will never buy a Sony product again and will share my experience with my friends and family.

    Had the tv for like 4 days and that was three and a half days to long horrible my wife said the picture was like watching Jerry Springer from the 90s I hated it so I went and got the 950h and didn't like that one ended up getting something that I love Wich is the 65 inch lg c1 oled beautiful tv if you can afford it this is the way to go 4 HDMI 2.1 great upscaling watched avatar on Disney plus Wich is in hd and it looked like 4k

    Don't buy Sony. They don't stand behind their products. An automatic firmware update killed my Sony TV. They know all about how this update has damaged several series of their TV's and won't fix them. Spend your money on anything but a Sony TV.

    I had so much problem getting the 65 sony bravia I finally canceled the ofder. Tettible service and since the local store doesn't deliver a mess to deal with. I know thr sony bravia 65 inch tv is a good onr so I ordrred from somronr else.

    I was one of the faithful back in the days. Not anymore i have the TV last only three years. Sony say sorry it’s out of the warranty. I mean but a $1000 TV to last only three years
