Minuses: speaker quality, off angle viewing (although nearly the best I have seen from a non-OLED).

If I want a simple question addressed I get who knows who in who knows where. My next purchase will be at a store I can call

Picture, color, and brightness were great. On the 60th day, tv died, no power. Troubleshooted and called the service center for repair in Houston. Spent $1000 and am looking at another $740 in repairs. Very disappointed...
