Everything looks great, even comparable to OLED in some situations. Google integration works seamlessly with our current smart home ecosystem. Only "complaint" would be some blooming but I use bias lighting so I never noticed it. Powerhouse of a TV at this price point.

I've had this for about a year and I've had no issues with it whatsoever. From my observation when buying this TV, there were TVs with better visuals than this one, but they were thousands of dollars more. This is a better value. Also, this TV had better visuals than a bit more expensive TVs, and noticeably better visuals than TVs with supposedly better visuals as ranked by experts. However, you may want to buy a sound bar or speakers for improved sound, as the sound isn't great.

While this is not a top of the line TV it was a great option for me regarding price and specs. A definite upgrade in picture quality, i use a sound bar and bass so i cannot comment on the built in speak. Overall easy to use if you had a smart TV prior. I can tell what people mean with them being disappointed with the remote as it's basically a streaming/smart app remote with no actual buttons. I just use it for streaming so i had no problem with this.

Both color and motion are on par with sore of the higher end models I researched. Pretty good sound, much better than my 3 year old XBR, but still needs a soundbar to get clear, crisp conversations at low volume. Overall great buy.

TIME FOR AN UPGRADE

It finally stopped working so when i was in the market...I had no clue about all these new TVs that were better quality. I am so glad I went with this one! The image quality I love! Connects to my amazon box, bose speakers good! Don't really have a negative thing to say but the size. I probably could of went with something smaller but that was on me.

Installing the legs to the bottom of television set was cumbersome and confusing. Once the legs were correctly installed, we found that the TV tilted forward significantly; we rigged shims under the front on both sides to tilt the TV back and level it out. We configured settings to bring up last device viewed; however, the set sporadically goes to the Home Screen instead of cable box HDMI 1 when we turn it on after turning off from watching cable box. This necessitates using the TV remote along with our universal remote, which is confusing and inconvenient,

Love both brands, but Sony was easier to use and easier to set up, not to mention my Ps5 and Xbox Series X. It never looked so crisp and clean. Grand Turismo is a beauty, and Starfield is just eye candy with VRR and more, no regrets.

Sony Bravia LED Smart TV 65"

It was so low, that with having a sound bar in front of the TV, the remote wouldn't work. The overall interface of the TV works great. The setup was fairly easy and straight forward. Having a smart TV with all the apps already there is very helpful and makes it pretty easy to find what you are looking for. The menu and recently watched/continue watching feature is great as well. Picture quality is phenomenal and you can see from various angles around a room.

Open box means no box. Says excellent condition…

Had to wait for them to unwrap it to get the serial, even though it was flagged ready for pickup. When the employee brought it out it was wrapped in bubble wrap with duct tape. The tape was stuck not only to the back of the TV but the screen itself. For being deemed excellent condition, there are scratches all over the corners of the screen along with duct tape residue on the screen itself and the back. This thing looks like it was used for someone to watch the Super Bowl and was then returned and thrown into the back room with zero care. The first red flag should’ve been coming out in no box. Opened box does not equal no box. Especially when it’s excellent condition marked and has all parts and manuals. This was not true. As far as the TV itself goes, it seems like a good display all in all with nice blacks and rich color. If only it was priced at the condition I received it in I may have a better opinion of it. I would not recommend this if you expect excellent to truly be like new condition as Best Buy advertises.

Apps were a bit glitchy at first (Jan-mar 2024) but the Google os updates seemed to have fixed freezing /hanging up app issues. Only thing that can use improvement is the glare, reflections, from lighting, windows when the TV brightness is not maxed out. Finally Sound quality is way better than any other TV I’ve owned.

This is my first Sony tv and am very happy with the customization it offers as well as not being hit with adds in the Home Screen as soon as I’m trying to watch something. Performs well for gaming on Xbox series x. Sound is good but would think about getting a sound bar if there’s a lot of open space where you plan on having it. Picture quality is really great in my eyes and design is sleek. Set up is pretty straightforward. Only con I have is if you plan on watching shows or movies with subtitles often there is noticeable light from that bleeding into darker areas of the screen but otherwise very happy with my purchase.

We do have quite a bit of light in our TV room on a sunny day and you do get reflection from the windows in the picture but it is not terrible. Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say about the TV
