It had a nice picture, but this is so much better. Bigger, deeper colors. Everything is more lifelike. Highly recommend it!

Great Product - Terrible Delivery Service

The one hired for this product nearly hosed up my holidays by claiming they could not find my house, and I double checked the delivery address on the order to ensure accuracy and they still were lost.

Great picture but terrible remote

The remote is terrible (1 star). They've obsessed trying to reduce its size to the point where now it's not practical. Go back to what worked! There is a small buy annoying LED light that comes on at the bottom edge of the frame and just stays on even when power is off. What's the purpose of that? Please remove it.

It uses Google TV and it has almost any feature available to any smart television or streaming device out there. My particular model is suffering from some light leakage around the left corner, so I’m hoping Sony’s manufacturer warranty can fix that. Besides that, the TV has performed everything well. Streaming through WiFi and Ethernet has been stable. Picture quality is top notch but not the best. Controls are very simple and the Sony remote can also perform as a media remote for the PS5. The 120hz refresh rate also works very well but is only for one of the HDMI ports. For AV enthusiasts, the LG G3 or perhaps Sony’s higher models may likely be more preferred, but this certainly get a lot of bang for your buck.

I primarily watch it in a darker room, but it looks good in a fully lit area. Good light and dark screen contrast. Remote and onscreen menus for setup and operation are easy to use and mostly intuitive. Plenty of adjustable settings. Only negative is slight blooming but can be easily overlooked by how great the picture looks. Best packaging of a tv, very well protected and it just provides piece of mine. Easy to set up and easy remote. Nice looking tv with the stand it comes with.

I’m very happy with the quality of the picture and sound. This is my first Sony tv and I love it. I was thinking about getting an OLED tv, but I’m so happy that I got the X90L instead. I was so worried about burn in with an OLED and I’m relieved to not have to worry about that. I’m extremely happy with this tv.
