Google tv and Sony tvs have changed my whole life. Won’t go back. Great performance, excellent picture, hdmi 2.1, fald, smooth ui, what else could you ask for?

(only had to call once to get advice to correct issue) was the EXCELLENT C.S. by Dewitt, N.Y. personnel! However, there is a bigger issue that needs attention, and that is not being able to speak with someone at the store. Instead, your call is routed to a phone assistant/C.S./Sales associate. To speak with a store employee required I drive 42 miles (84 miles round trip).

Well, I’m back to SONY. What a difference. I should have switched 10 years ago. This TV is LED and it is so much better than than OLED, and no more burn in.
