There was a factory defect that caused me to get a replacement. Best Buy customer support was great and the replacement was easy to get.

The remote is not lighted and far too complicated. For me it is almost unworkable. I tried to get a replacement buy downloading an app. there are a few out there that claim to be Sony. How can I trust them.

I can clearly see the when my lamps are on in the reflection of the tv in darker scenes. When you're watching something that has a colorful picture it's not a problem but when it's a darker scene you're watching it's quite noticable
