    The tv is great; however I took off a star because of the remote; the old Sony remote had more functions on it making it easier to do things but not this one

The remote is designed with simplified buttons for ease of use and advanced voice control. If you press the "Menu" button (Control menu) on the remote, it will display a menu on the TV to use button functions that are not on the remote control including number buttons for channels. Some features can be accessed quickly by pressing the Quick Settings (wrench icon) button of the remote control. You may find this link helpful:

    Great bang for the buck. The color could be better but I’m also comparing that to OLED technology so it’s not exactly apples to apples. I think the software is better than any of Samsungs out there.
