Duped Twice!

I purchased this TV a little over a year ago for $2,500 within a short period of time, a week, I had to use my warranty because the TV was glitching. Best Buy replaced the TV immediately because I paid $200 for the warranty. I did not renew the warranty after 1 year and the TV stopped working completely. I called Best Buy and Sony and no one would assist me. Most TVs even cheap ones last more than a year. I am extremely disappointed and curious as to whether my replacement was in fact a used television.I will regret this purchase for the rest of my life!

Worst Sony i ever own

Going on just under a year of owning a 65 inch! Still paying on it with the best buy 0 interest plan. Sound goes out and it just freezes between comands. We have our TV above fireplace and the only way to reset it is to unplug it. Our plug in the attic. I having to climb in the attic several times a month to reset it.
