    Beware Best Buy Tricks

    TV looks great in the store. Best Buy however provided terrible service. I purchased this product online during the black friday sale. Since i am a total tech member they also install it as part of the membership. I received a confirmation for delivery and install date. A few days later on Tuesday after all the sales they sent me an email canceling my order, When i reached out they told me the installers noticed a scratch on the screen so they canceled...except why would they be opening my TV 3 days before delivery. The second rep told me the store manager canceled it. The third said it was an avilability issue. All three said i can purchase the TV again at todays higher price. Buyer beware.

    Duped Twice!

    I purchased this TV a little over a year ago for $2,500 within a short period of time, a week, I had to use my warranty because the TV was glitching. Best Buy replaced the TV immediately because I paid $200 for the warranty. I did not renew the warranty after 1 year and the TV stopped working completely. I called Best Buy and Sony and no one would assist me. Most TVs even cheap ones last more than a year. I am extremely disappointed and curious as to whether my replacement was in fact a used television.I will regret this purchase for the rest of my life! I’m shocked as to how it has such a high rating.

    Worst Sony i ever own

    Going on just under a year of owning a 65 inch! Still paying on it with the best buy 0 interest plan. Sound goes out and it just freezes between comands. We have our TV above fireplace and the only way to reset it is to unplug it. Our plug in the attic. I having to climb in the attic several times a month to reset it.
