We bought this t.v. and are very happy with it. Great picture. Perfect for watching sports.

I did a lot of research before buying as we only upgrade our tv about every 3-4 years. One big factor was that we were very happy with our old tv which was also sony. We are very happy with the picture and features. I did buy a soundbar which makes the viewing experience much better.

This TV has satisfied my expectations. I only can test out the 4k capability via Youtube currently but I do love the picture when I do! Everyone says it looks like the characters are popping off the screen. I pretty much refuse to watch football on any other TV anywhere. Live football mode is a nice comfort feature - as I don't REALLY know what it does but use it every game. Wifi connectivity and apps work like it should. I keep an eye on updates and have downloaded one to a USB stick and updated that way as well. Good remote. Input / output seem plentiful for me. Small CONS: No buttons on the TV at all. Sometimes it is nice to turn on/off the TV that way or adjust the volume. Sound quality - like most flat panels - leaves something to be desired. Any movie I watch I use external speakers. But you will love the TV. Oh, and I did take advantage of Best Buy's price match guarantee after a price drop in the flyer. They processed it quickly and easily!

To most people unfamiliar with 4K and HDR this tv is mindblowing for its value! I got this from the black friday sale for $999 and i was extrmely happy at first! be sure to update the tv right out of the box to enable its HDR compatiblities. The HDR upgrade will blow you away far better than the 4K resolution. The very next day at sunrise I noticed this screen does not get very bright and thus does not fight off reflections very well. The more i researched about the tv, the more i understood of the price drop and how limited this tv can do compared to the rest. First off, it does not have a wide color gamut compared to other 4K HDR sets out there which makes this TV limited to the true 4K HdR experience. Second peev i have is that only two HDMI ports support HDR which is HDMI 2 and 3 ONLY! And 3 is the ARC channel which i need to connect my reciever into. So my PS4 pro and 4k blu-ray are fighting off the hdmi 2 port! However despite its flaws, this is still a great deal if you get it at $999. If its in full price, you might as well get the 850D for a little bit more.

We have really enjoyed our new television. The picture and sound are great. There are many options you have with the smart tv. The only complaint we have is the quick shrill noise each time you change the channel. I guess it's the indicator letting you know something has changed.

I was shopping for a 4k ultra hd tv. For the price, I couldn't pass up the Sony brand. The picture quality is amazing. The remote does have a lag when switching channels. Thus, I will just use the cable remote.

Awesome and I mean Awesome I purchased tbis tv 4 year's it better then my sony 75 in purchased 2 year's ago this 65 in is 120hz perfect for ps5 and Xbox series x/s and it has better color

This system was very easy to set up and we were watching tv 15 minutes after I opened the box. Great picture, fair sound quality and very user friendly operation. The only thing I would add to it would be a means of connecting a remote speaker with either wifi or Bluetooth.

Picture quality is great and my kids love it. We are happy we made this purchase.

I love it it replaced my 60” and so far so good ! The pictures is really clear too

This tv was fast and easy to setup. Right out of the box I simply plugged it in, ran setup to program my available channels and I was ready to watch vividly clear pictures on this 65 inch tv. The color was excellent. The picture jumps out at you. Definitely a good buy.

Thought my other TV had a great picture until I watched the muppets on this one!

I shopped several brands and decided on the Sony 4k. I thought my old plasma TV had a good picture (and it does) but this exceeds it on crispness and color. The smart features have preformed well. Particularly at the sale price I would recommend this unit.

This TV wasn't what we thought we wanted when we went in but upon receiving information based on our tv use this one was recommended. It's used mostly for tv watching but occasionally Xbox gaming. Better quality tv, easy setup, appealing aesthetic. Very happy.

Perfect picture and sound!!!! No complaints with tv at all as we are very happy with this TV. Would be 5 stars except the remote is not good at all. It has to be pointed right at the correct spot on the tv for remote signal which is annoying. Expect better from Sony, but the TV itself is AWESOME!!!!

I love this tv, the picture is amazing and it has all the connections I need. It was easy to set up and the remote is easy to use. Had great service at Arden best buy and so far it's the best TV I have owned. Can't go wrong with this TV!
