||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We previously owned a very similar XBR-65810C that died, and bought this as a replacement. They are almost identical in features. We no longer have cable, so we primarily use the built in smart features of Android OS including Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and PS Vue (also from Sony). Our biggest gripe is that the built in Android/smart features feel a bit laggy, and generally not seamless. This is especially painful in Sony's own built in PS Vue app, which frankly is almost unusable. It takes 25 seconds to load, and once loaded, the menu/guide/browsing experience is extremely slow. This is on a fast WiFi network with full signal strength. We also access PS Vue on an older non-smart Sony TV using a Roku box, and it works perfectly - fast navigation and program loading. This leads me to believe the problem lies with either the Android version of the PS Vue app, or the Sony TV itself has an under powered processor for a smart TV of this size. I'm marking down 2 stars for the fact that the Android/Smart tv features just aren't great on this TV, and they should be for the price. You shouldn't feel the need to go buy a Roku for your smart TV purchased in 2017.

Good device for a good price
