The TV itself worked perfectly out of the box. It was easy to attach to its stand and connect up, being significantly lighter than my last TV. There are plenty of HDMI connectors, setup was very simple and the remote is simple and intuitive.

We were not in the market to purchase a new television last Christmas time but when our flat screen went green, we had to make an immediate purchase that day. The employees were extremely knowledgeable and worked within our budget.

After TV is turned off for a few hours, you must reset TV or XOne cable box before it will come on. Last picture that was on TV before turned off remains frozen on the screen. Have discussed with Sony and received only a temporary fix (they reset tv correcting issue temporarily. ☹️ Please contact us if anyone else finds a solution.

The blacks are good once fiddling with the settings which is a must if you want the most out of the picture . If you are looking for a mid to high range TV this is a good one. Only cons I have is you cannot hook up Bluetooth headphones without a third party adapter which i find very disappointing .
