The set-up went along without any problems. Everything synced nicely. This is a quality product and it shows Sony is still competitive .

I usually purchase Samsung or LG TVs because, in my opinion, they have the best picture & options that fit my needs. Since this TV was much cheaper than Samsung or LG I decided to give it a chance. Sorry to say, I'm sorry that I did. It may be a faulty set, but I have A LOT of white light bleed through in the corners. So when the picture is darker you see interference coming through. It ruins the experience in my opinion. So instead of a 65" 4K Ultra HD TV, it seems that I have a 4K Ultra HD 32" oval area in which to watch movies & play games. Maybe I should contact Sony before giving their set a bad review. Or maybe I should have spent the extra money & stuck with a product I knew would give me good results. Education is expensive...

- Reduce the Back light Level in the Picture Settings Menu.
- Turn the Light Sensor setting to On in the Setup Menu.
- Change the Power Saving setting to Low or High in the Setup Menu.
- Set the Picture Mode to Standard in the Settings Menu.

Very satisfied with the Geek Squad replacement of the main board and has fixed the sound issues I was experiencing. Highly recommend getting the extended warranty.

My only issue is I wish there was an eco button on the remote to dim the brightness with the touch of a button. For people who sleep with the tv on this is a must ...surprised its not more common on remotes

Great TV and Picture

Only way to fix it is to unplug the tv and plug it again. Very inconvenient. Almost impossible to calibrate. My old Samsung looked a lot better for half the price. Will never buy a Sony TV again. A truly mediocre product from Sony. Expected more. Should've returned it. Too late now...
