Best buy is sticking to there 14 day refund even though I was on vacation. not the greatest customer service being that I am a platinum member or whatever they call you when you spend as much money as i have at Best Buy. refridgerators, washer dryers etc...

Regret buying it

My 15 year old XbR has a better picture and the sounds kinda poor too. I called to return/upgrade but was over my 15 day return period by a couple days . Who's ever heard of a 15 day return limit. I feel cheated after paying $1300 bucks.

Turn to channel 11.1 it takes at least 4 minutes to turn to that channel. Forget about displaying the TV guide it only goes down never up. I have to constantly reboot the TV because its just so slow and rebooting at least makes it go 'fast' for 12 hrs.

For Sony I was expecting better performance

But when I took it home it wasn't was I was expecting. Takes a while to sing in on my Wi-Fi. When turning the volume up or down, messes up with the video.

Bad experience with this TV

Bought a brand new TV 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but repeated power issues. I have to to continuously had to unplug and replug the tv to the wall outlet or surge protectot for it to turn on. I had another brand 65 inch tv plugged in the same surge protector and never had these issues. Sony customer support tells me to just unplug for 3 mins and it shouldn't happen again. Guess what next day same thing !

Sony 4K TV

Beautiful in bright light

to bad there is no star rating

No Pandora sound over the air broadcast the sound would go off sometimes and would have to turn off and then on the tv for the sound to work Netflix would not load yeas I did all the troubleshooting required, unplug and plug it back in, 2 factory resets, uninstall updates on Netflix and Pandora twice and still would do the same thing. to bad I cannot upload video

stopped working within 5 days

Best buy said they would send new remote and IR blaster but did not receive them yet. I will NEVER buy a sony product again. Best buy sales person talked me into buying sony. I was going to buy a different brand. SORRY I BOUGHT A SONY. TECH SUPPORT REALLY IS VERY BAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just What I Wanted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been looking for a 65" TV for quite some time. This is a newer model Sony. I am a Sony type guy. I have an older model 52" Sony and wanted to replace it in the living room. Let me say, I am not a techie. But this TV has the wow factor all rolled into one. The colors are excellent. There is no light bleed, which I have read about in reviews about other models. I like sports and in the two days I have had it, I have watched baseball, soccer, football and basketball, all are great. There is no motion issue. The set itself is easy to set up. I have it programmed for both OTA and my Dish Network. I experimented with the 4K on YouTube and was astonished at the clarity. So far, I have no regrets at all. In closing, my neighbor came over and sat there in amazement watching the TV. She now wants one. My only negative was when trying to register the set, this particular model is not listed in the drop down menu, causing an error message. I had to call. I highly recommend this set.
