Picture is amazing and it was very easy to set up.

We were up to buy an OLED, being expensive we went with this one. Best choice we made so far. Amazing picture quality, built-in google assistant. Most importantly it's an Android TV, so a ton of apps and games.

I recently purchased this ti replace my old LG TV and am super pleased with this TV. Has great quality and great motion rate. Didn't even have to set up the sync for the words to match mouths, it did it all perfectly. Has Android software making for a great user environment with lots of apps and features.

Great picture quality from SONY. The 4K is amazing.

So it has been only about a month since installation of this new Sony 65" 4k TV but am very pleased with the picture quality and have not had any issues to this point. By the way being a member of the Total Tech Support has great advantages that can be used over and over and it ends up paying for itself.

The TV is the best TV I have ever bought. The brightness of the colors are excellent to see. I know I will receive many years of enjoyment to watch movies and other shows. Thank you! Also the young man named Steven was so informative and he explained in details about this TV and that is why I purchased it.

I’ve had this for about two weeks now and I’m very impressed with the picture and the sound quality I purchased this for my new house which I haven’t moved into yet but want to make sure it was working

So far the new Sony is working out very well for us. purchased it to replace a 6 month old 65" Samsung that was riddled with problems that apparently couldn't be fixed. We're hopeful that the Sony will serve us "problem free" for many years.

The tv is great for what you pay for. The up converter inside is great, but could be better. In their upgraded model the up converter uses insane technology that runs you an additional $700. It changes the image but that's a lot for the one feature. Nothing against best buy, that's a Sony review. All in all a great TV though for gaming and watching Netflix. Not big on the apps or cable so I can't speak much there.

This Sony TV has a great picture for the price paid. It has the option to hang on the wall or sit on a stand. The TV has many input/output ports so just about any type of equipment can be used. Word of advice: consider purchasing a sound bar with TV because the sound from just the TV itself is sub-standard.

I love my new TV, it is Great. The clarity and Awesome pictures it displays are amazing. My only complaints when the showing calls for it to be white in advertisements and shows but mostly white, it is to bright, in a dark room it almost lights up the entire room. Very bright, somewhat annoying.

The TV picture is way better than anything we have ever had and I really like the amount of applications avaiablle. My two complaints are: 1- You have to reboot the TV about once a week to keep things like Netflix working (talked about in forums as well) 2- Android TV does not have the same catalog as the typical Google Play marketplace so apps like Xfinity and Discovery Go are not present

I'm a bit of a novice with electronics, but I am very happy with this Sony tv so far. Still figuring out some of the features, but for now it does what I need. Great picture and I think the sound is quite adequate. I graduated from a 10-12 year old DLP so this is a super upgrade...lol.

We were always Samsung TV people for the last 15years. We finally tried a Sony after being at a relitives house and watching a movie. The sound and picture quality is amazing. We will forsure be Sony customers from here on out. Way to go Sony for bringing your focus back to TVs

Sony is consistently the highest rated TV, and this one doesn't disappoint. However, not all stations have the really, really high quality picture on the display in the store, even when the station is in High Def. I can only assume that this has to do with the way that the program is broadcast since some stations and programs come through crystal clear. Very good product overall

Sony 65” tv is wonderful but needed help from Best Buy. Didn’t really understand time frame for warranty and geek squad help. Wish I bought into both. Tv needs calibration and update and I am not techy savvy. My advice: buy warranty and geek squad offer. Awesome tv.

This TV has the best picture and sound of any TV we have had. I would have given it a 5 star review, but unfortunately I find it hard to use sometimes. It is not as intuitive as the Samsung. I tried to hook up a USB keyboard to both the Samsung and the Sony. The Samsung just took off and worked! I never did get it to work on the Sony. I know it will, but I got frustrated.

Great colorful and clear picture. Finally the picture went out on my 20 year old 35" tube T.V. The picture is much more clear than the old T.V.
