A really beautiful picture. I have gotten used to the clunky operating system. The processor sometimes has problems handling certain apps like HBO now and Amazon Prime Video.

Extremely pleased with this TV. The color is beautiful with great definition. Easy to set-up with on screen instructions. The remote is somewhat confusing, but would not rate it down for that.

We got a great price on this TV and we’ve been very happy with the picture quality and the remote and navigation is top notch compared to our Samsung TV. Great TV at a great price!

I bought this TV to replace a 12 year old Samsung. After shopping around, researching and speaking with a Best Buy specialist, we decided on a Sony. The picture is excellent, unpacking it and set up was easy. Some reviews have critiqued the image, I don't know why. There are settings that you can adjust the picture, I have adjusted it slightly, but it's not necessary. We love it and couldn't be more pleased. The Best Buy salesmen was very informative and helpful. (We purchased the extended warranty. It is cost effective especially based on the fact that if we didn't and had to send the TV back to Sony, that alone would be very expensive.)

I had bought a 4K HD 42 inch Sony for my bedroom and my Xbox One S console and loved it. A storm blew out my old 1080 plasma so i went to buy a new TV for my living room and original Xbox One console. After seeing the refresh rates and clarity on the 4KHD 2018 model 65 inch Sony's I told the clerk "pack it up!" And after having it for about 2 weeks, I am thrilled with every aspect of this TV. I am a loyal Xbox guy and felt like I was betraying my brand buying a Sony (Playstation maker) TV but do NOT think that way. If you want the best gaming experience, buy this TV. It makes my old Xbox One console look amazing! I can't wait to get a One X and hook it up to it!

Like the television. Great picture and easy to get set-up. Only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I bought a television, not an Android phone. It's an Android OS and Google made sure they were imbedded deep in the system. Tired of the invasion!

I saved so much by going one or two steps down from the best available. In the showroom you can certainly see the difference between models but that is so they can up sell you. It doesn’t have to be this model, but stick to the model from the previous year and don’t throw your money away on the new thing. These TVs are like cell phones and yours will always be worth half the price next year and something better will come out. This has beautiful color and picture and it’s bound to be such an improvement if your current tv is over 2 years old.

We bought this for the living room to replace my working and beloved 60 inch plasma that was stolen. I was so not happy to lose the other. Once we got the right 4k uhd setting on it, and our sound bar system setup, it was awesome! I don't feel the pain really of missing my plasma. We still need to hang it on the wall. I wanted the geek squad to do it but my husband wanted to do it. Still waiting. Sony was recommened in the store by a very knowledgeable store rep about the high end quality of this model. He was right and it showed in the store and at home. Sony makes the screens for another very well know TVS maker (top 4). Get it while you can before this model is gone!

We were going to get the 55 inch model but decided that the 65 would be even better. This TV is replacing a 12 year old Sony Bravia (40 inch). The picture is so much better that it's hard to believe we hadn't done this sooner. Set up was easy using the Android app. Everything works great and is easy to use.

At first, I was going to buy a Samsung QLED TV and spend a good $2000-$3000. But, once I saw this TV, even though it is an older model, I couldn’t help but buy it. The quality of the picture was crisp and vibrant, and the cost was much better than the 2018 55” Samsung QLED TV. It may not be the “top of the line” model, but it is just as good. The setup of the TV was easy and it worked seamlessly with the sound bar that I had purchased with it. This was a great deal, in my book.

After returning a newer model we looked at this one in the store and it seemed to fit our needs. The picture quality was great from all angles. I'm not into knowing the technical info. this tv but it has great color and sound is just fine. I don't use any of the apps on it so can't comment on that. Like that I could still hook up a VCR to it for my daughter to watch the old tapes that she has. Picture on that is good not like the DVD player or tv itself but still good. Happy to have found this tv.

I got a good size tv for the price. It has great quality and great sound. The colors are nice and bright with the 4K definition

We went with intentions of buying a 75” sale TV for the holidays. After meeting Baxter, our very knowledgeable and helpful sales associate, we widdled down and weeded out the bigger options for the best...a Sony. This TV is beautiful and the picture is amazing. Quick and easy setup...it connected swiftly to the internet and setup our apps to stream shows without a hitch. Even my husband who wanted the huge 86” when he spotted it in store (smh) sat and admired this TV saying “it’s perfect”.

A great TV at a great price. I was debating between this Sony TV in the Samsung equivalent. I have always been a Samsung customer, but this TV has a much more realistic and better color than the Samsung I was looking at. Very easy to use and figure out the settings and programming. Highly recommend it!

The picture is great the tv basically sets itself up all you have to do is connect the hdmi and cable-box (easy) , plenty of apps to use , make sure to watch the how to video using the home button and you’ll be all set, get to learn how to make the picture the way you want or best for what you viewing. Make sure you have someone help you take it out the box to be safe and easy to set up the way you prefer. Overall great tv.

TV has a great picture. Easy to use menus. Set up was easy and only took a few minutes.
