Bought this TV a few of weeks ago. The picture quality is excellent, the only con is the lack of availability of 4K. Colors seem to be very accurate, with skin tones looking very real. The sound is okay for a TV. Look beautiful hanging on the wall. I bought on sale when it was $700 off it was the best 65" for the price

This TV has been awesome so far. We had a smaller Sony smart TV previously; the extra 10" on this is fantastic for gaming and movies. It has been a little finicky with the Netflix app, and has randomly stopped working with our external speakers a few times. However, a hard reset usually fixes this issue, so it's not a big deal. Overall, loving this thing.

Blu Ray and Netflix movie picture quality is excellent. Need a sound bar, as TV sound quality is not great. Unfortunately, Sony TV runs Android TV, that crashes too often to offer a good user experience. TV comes with Chromecast, but I can’t figure out if it is Chromcast 4k or not. I use Amazon Alexa with the TV.

My Only Complaint on this TV is when you turn off the TV at anytime with a minimum of 4-5 minutes the TV turns on by itself! Online other people have experienced the same thing with this model and say it's a known issue with Sony giving no answers to this! However, with that said this TV is awesome! Great Picture Quality and I don't have to really do anything to adjust the picture right out of the Box unlike Samsung! I was a little upset with the sales person, because he assured me that this TV was a True 240 GHZ TV which is not!

Wanting to upgrade to a 4k TV, I had a few conversations with the BestBuy rep as well as my own research. It all kept leading me back to the Sony XBR65X900E, so I bought it. I am very pleased with the picture quality on it. I don't have a lot of 4K content yet, but did check out some 4k videos and amazing!! Love this TV!

Fairly satisfied with the image quality on the Sony television I do notice on when the screen is all white are near all white that the corners upper and right and left corners are slightly grey versus The Total Image being bright white that seems to be a flaw in the product. Also disappointed in the remote it has large buttons for Google Netflix but the other buttons are cumbersome and there's no backlight so when you're watching movies or anything in the dark you have no idea what you're looking for on the remote

My 50" plasma died and I had to start looking for a replacement. I was hesitant to switch to LCD technology because of the weaker black levels as compared to plasma. However, this has improved over the years. This TV does not disappoint. The larger picture is definitely a plus for movies and sports. Highly recommended.

This is a great TV. The picture is great, it has lots of features and apps, has plenty of HDMI ports, and has had no problems thus far. The downside is that the audio is very poor without a soundbar. This is a problem with a lot of the top TVs today. We knew that going in, after reading many reviews on the TV, but we bought that Sony soundbar that Best Buy bundled with the TV and it took care of the problem. So, four stars for having great picture and functionality, but not superior sound without a sound bar.

The Tv is good size and picture for its price but the downfall is that it does not have the feature like Samsung to customize the scale screen for some movies to full screen .

Great looking TV, but the ARC keeps disconnecting. I’ll try using a different HDMI cable and if fix the problem.

Upgraded from a 12 year old Sony Bravia set which I loved and never had a single problem with. The set up was quick and easy and I could not be happier with this television. Purchased on sale for less than what I paid for my old Bravia and it was the best entertainment money that I have ever spent.

Amazing picture for the price. Second Sony flat screen television purchase, first 4K and was not disappointed any way. I have seen some 4K televisions where the picture looks like the characters are standing in front of a paper screen or poorly created set. This is not an issue with this Sony product.

Setup was fairly easy. Minor problem getting my Sony sound system to work with the new TV, and had to purchase an optical cable. But it works fine now. Also had to play around with the connections to my Sony Blu-ray Disk Player, but eventually got it working as well. We have a TiVo unit connected to our system also.

I loved this Tv. I am a big gamer so it works great with the PS4. Can play any content that is available today.

So far this TV is great. Only reason for not giving it a 5 is that whenever I pause what I am watching, the TV makes a high pitched noise when I press play again. I am hoping that is not the beginning of an audio problem.

A great TV, We purchased an earlier SONY 65-inch model two years ago (X900C) . Still have it - still enjoy it. No problems with either TV. The Best Buy price was competitive. Best Buy Sales support was good - not pushy. We came to the purchase prepared and still had several answers cleared-up before the purchase.

The picture on this tv is beautiful. The operating system is slow and laggy. I would recommend a external device for your smart apps.
