It lost synch and couldn't play some videos once until it was restarted but that has been the only issue so far. I have a SONOS sound system with it and it gives a great theater experience.

The product is excellent. Getting the product was another issue where we had some bumps in the road related to delivery. If you can, pick up at the store.
