This TV is the real deal! I love it! The resolution, the size and everything else like this TV one of the best I've ever had.

The quality of the HD picture is exceptional as is the sound. Great tv overall. Recommend using the Geek squad for installation.

Learning to navigate menus was, at first, frustrating.This smart TV will not replace your AppleTV, as it doesn't have all the apps. You cannot extend the screen on your iPhone to the television easily. I am, however, happy with the purchase.

My first time buying a Sony. I used to always buy Samsung. This is pretty good TV.. Fast response rate, nice dark colors.

My first Sony 4K was so good I bought a second (year newer model). Minor upgrades from the prior year model. Love it.

This TV is gorgeous, amazing picture. Pair it with Sony's 4K Blu-Ray Player and a good sound bar and you're good to go.

This TV is great hanging on my wall in the Master Bedroom. The colors, clarity, details in the picture, and sound are amazing.

I purchased this Sony TV because I was assured picture-wise it was the best. While the 4K enhanced clarity and color was true to its hype, what was not apparent when making a purchase decision was that this TV is extremely glitchy. In the month I had the TV ( ended up exchanging) I was with Sony customer care twice to reset TV and remote. Each call over 1 hr. I want to share, I don't use cable, I stream my content. Every time I turn off TV and turn back on I get error messages from Hulu and Netflix. So it takes me between 5-15 minutes to finally be able to relax and start watching what I want. Not sure about you but when I get home to relax, I want to turn on my TV and watch. I don't want to trouble shoot. I never had "software" issues with any of the smart TVs I have or had in my home. It is for this reason I gave it a low score. Lastly, Best Biy was awesome about allowing me to exchange the TV. Five stars in customer service!

I had an old Panasonic plasma and this tv blows the blacks and colors out of the water when comparing it to my old plasma

Good colors, decent brightness, great black levels. The android interface is a little rough/laggy but still very usable.
