This is my first 4K T.V. and the picture is great. I use it for satellite television and a gaming console.

Television has a great picture. Setup was easy. Netflix button on remote allows easy access to Netflix.

Best Buy's is the only store I shop at. They carry everything. If they don't have in the store you get it online. Westland, Mi Best Buy is the "Best" Best Buy Store. They have the Best General Manager Nathan. He is all about customer service, very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable of anything in the store. I have a great experience every time I'm in that store. And I've been to all the Best Buys in my area and the Westland store tops them all.

Sony makes a great T.V. However the remote is outdated. From the sounds it makes to how it fits in your hand, it is time for an upgrade. Hopefully Sony will some day provide a remote that is not from the 90s.

We like everything about the TV except it will not connect with our WIFI everytime so we can watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. Sometimes it connects and stays on for a while and then other days we can’t get it to connect at all or buffers a lot. Have spent several hours on the phone with Sony to figure out a solution and also with Comcast (our WIFI provider). Finally having Geek Squad to come and look at it in a few days so if it is a TV issue then we can return and swap out.

Awesome picture and sound. No regrets about picking this TV. No issues thus far and looks great.

Very impressed with the picture. Watched Planet Earth II and was blown away with the sharpness of detail.

This is a very good TV for the money. Picture quality is very good and it was a perfect size for our theatre room. The sound needs to be improved. You must add a quality sound bar for the best results.

Nice television with a stunning picture. However to navigate the smart TV features it's a bit slow compared to my other television which is a Samsung. Other than the processing speed I'm totally happy with this TV.

Looked at many reviews and settled on the Sony. Great value for the quality of picture. Highly recommend.

After researching three other manufacturers this TV has the best true color. The picture is simply amazing

This Sony TV has excellent picture quality. The installed apps are very useful. The picture is 4k quality.

Very easy flat screen to set up. Love the remote and the smart channels make it simple to stream.

Had TV and SONOS sound bar installed by Geek Squad. Sounds great with two SONOS 1's as surround speakers.

The tv picture looks great! It’s bright, crisp, and the refresh rate is high enough for fast motion.

Excellent TV however the purchase I made was for an open box item. the item was determined to be in good condition by geek squad but that was not the case once I got it home. The TV had bruising which is permanent color marks in the screen from pressure being applied. Sony no longer offers a factory warranty on any open box items as of 2018 conveniently when I purchase this item. they declined the warranty and thus the TV went back to the store. The story purchase from was less than helpful and understanding about the return and insisted that there was nothing wrong with the TV.

Absolutely think this was a great choice and so glad Amber recommended it and the Geek Squad was great!!
