Nice TV

Excellent TV but watch open box for damage

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent TV however the purchase I made was for an open box item. the item was determined to be in good condition by geek squad but that was not the case once I got it home. The TV had bruising which is permanent color marks in the screen from pressure being applied. Sony no longer offers a factory warranty on any open box items as of 2018 conveniently when I purchase this item. they declined the warranty and thus the TV went back to the store. The story purchase from was less than helpful and understanding about the return and insisted that there was nothing wrong with the TV.
