Then a thin blue line appeared on the screen. Had purchased the protection package from bestbuy. Best purchase ever. Geek squad came out,diagnosed the problem. Had to replace tv. Gave me current value for tv. Able to replace with 900f model.

Would advise to get a sound bar or surround sound because the speakers are located in the back. I used a digital audio cable to hook up my old surround sound. Worked perfectly and synced so surround sound turns off and on with tv power button. Make sure to change your satellite box HDTV settings to 1080!
