Great Picture! Best Buy’s crew did a great job

Great tv but operation is still less than perfect.

However, I have had to have two additional Geek Squad agents come out and try to figure out why the sound system won’t work unless I unplug it and turn it on manually. Very frustrated right now! It worked perfectly before.

Great TV. Problems Connecting With Comcast

The issue and the reason for my mediocre rating is that it doesn’t work consistently with Comcast Xfinity. Every 2 to 3 days, the picture freezes and I have to reboot the Xfinity box. Then it works for 2-3 more days. Hello Sony Product Management: Comcast Xfinity is a mainstream provider here in the US and I expect my Sony TV to work flawlessly with it. This is a SEV 2 bug. Please fix it.
