Salesperson was very helpful & didn't try to oversell. He showed me alternatives and asked if I could see & hear the difference. I then was able to select the perfect TV. My 2nd visit was to purchase. The salesperson was knowledgeable and the process was very quick.

However after getting it set up I noticed a strong color tint to all channels and shows. It made everything look an instagram. Tried callibration but no difference, swapped for another one thinking it was a lemon but second one had the same issue. Returned it and got a Vizio P and love it, no color issues and same clarity. Plus the remote and menu are not user friendly with the Sony

Best Buy was the only one that carried Sony and on 2 occasions I listened to the customer service rep providing information to customers and comparing the Sony to other makes and models priced within $200. of the Sony. I could have purchased a bigger tv for less, if you listen to the information they provide and view some of the details you will find that the Sony has much more quality to offer in it's TV's

The TV started to turn on and off randomly. Noticed the Power cord would not stay in place. Called Sony support and after 2 hours and 54 minutes of EXPLAINING OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER what my issue is. Now big SONy is contracting a local service guy to come and see the same issue IVE EXPLAINED!! Buyer beware. ALL TVS breaks . No matter the cost. Buy LOW THROW AWAY LOW
