Terrible TV- multiple issues/service calls
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Will never buy a Sony again- this TV had multiple issues starting less than 6 months after purchase. I'm glad we got the protection plan, because Best Buy couldn't fix it after three techs came and looked at it, so they gave us another one to replace it. Now that TV is having issues- two more service calls and a new motherboard later, I cannot fathom how anybody would give Sony TV's better than a 1 star rating. This has been incredibly frustrating to say the least, you're better off spending your money on literally any other TV out there.

Picture is Blurry!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this TV if you want one that can handle any camera motion at all. Whenever there is any motion it gets really blurry. Especially when i'm watching sports. The field looks like total crap! In fact, sometimes even when the camera is stationary the grass actually flickers. And forget about 4k gaming. I have an Xbox One X, which is one of the main reasons I bought the TV, and it just doesn't handle the motion worth a crap. It's supposed to be 120 hz but there's just no way. Everything stutters. I've spent hours adjusting the settings but it doesn't help at all. I can't believe I spent $2000 dollars on this pile of junk. Huuuuuge disappointment!

Worthless piece of junk
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ... or any Sony TV. Purchased in December 2016, and within three months the TV no longer recognized the HDMI port, requiring me to unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in to get a freaking picture. Only after multiple calls to customer service did Sony agree to send a technician to replace the motherboard. Now, several months later (still less than 9 months into ownership) the TV will no longer power on. So that's two circuit boards that have failed within 9 months. Sony's quality control is so poor that they ship a $2,200 TV that requires multiple service calls -- and my time -- to repair. As much as I hate to say this, buy Samsung. STAY AWAY FROM SONY TVs.

TV No Longer Turns On
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our TV will no longer turn on. Sony support has ignored the tickets I have created requesting support. Buy Sony at your own risk, they will not support their products.

Sound crackles
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every time dolby digital sound starts streaming to external speakers it causes a loud cracle and pop for 1 second. Very annoying and the only way to workaround this is to turn off dolby digital by downgrading the sound. There is no software update fix at this time.

First TV ever had just stop working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn’t last 5 years. I bought this TV for the low input lag (gamer thing) it started getting buggy with in the first two years. Shutting off and restarting android firmware in the middle of watching something.

XBR65X900E
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had XBR-65X900E for a couple years. The screen is glitching and freezing. Why pay a premium price for Sony? TV’s should las a lot longer than a couple years
