Beautiful picture quality. Clear, crisp and great realistic color

I’ve been using this tv almost around the clock for a few months now and I can tell you that the picture, HDR, deeeep blacks, vibrant wide color spectrum, bells and whistles and basically, I can’t imagine you won’t like it too.

Great picture quality. Easy to set up. The OS of the tv is great.

I decided to take a dive after reading so may reviews online. Both Positive and Negative-Scary reviews. I choose to stay positive for now as the TV is “popping” and beaming beautiful images. The sound is exceptionally sharp and clear. I hope it remains like this for the next 5years. Since I gambled with not buying Protection from BestBuy’s Geek Squad.

Cost-effective, high picture quality, ease of use, easy to set up

Coming from a 2013 1080p television, I was expecting to see “some” picture quality improvement, but did not expect the level of improvement this TV has provided. Having only watched 4K content on a 1080p screen or on my phone really didn’t prepare me for what it would look like “natively.” Also, easy set up and an attractive addition to my apartment.

This TV is great in contrast, upscaling and WiFi connection. Very easy to install and it has several built in apps which are useful. Speaker system is great. It has HDMI-ARC which is useful for attaching external sound system, etc. without a lot of cables. Overall light weight.

This television provides high-end quality for a mid-range price.

We have had the TV for about two weeks...watching movies has been a treat. Setup was easy with the sound bar but did not do the rear speakers (did not purchase). I would highly recommend this TV best bang for the buck! (we paid $1499.00 it went back up to $1699 the next day).

Purchased this 65 inchTV to replace an older LG 42 inch TV. All I can say is WOW! The picture clarity is stunning. The size of this TV really fills up the wall space where my old TV was. Hooked up my PS4 Pro and was blown away by the upgraded graphics. Have used this for 2 weeks now and still learning to tweak the settings to get it just right.

Got this to replace the Samsung mu8000 which was terrible. This TV is truly awesome the picture quality is fantastic. Bright whites deep blacks, hdr looks amazing. Watched Mad Max fury Road and it was awesome. Only bad thing I have to say is I think this model won't get the update to support dolby vision, aside from that you cannot go wrong with this TV. I have the Samsung 65 js8000 4k, it was a good intro into 4k had a 65ks8000 that died but was pretty good before dying, but this Sony is by far the most impressive 4k I've had.

We decided to make a big purchase for Black Friday and this TV was the winner. First of all, Sony is a great brand when it comes to home electronics. Second, we own a PS4 and wanted to have a better image quality. Setup wasn't too difficult, we used the THX app to help set up calibration for colors. You do get a free 4K movie when you purchase the TV through Google Play. First 4K content we saw and you can see a difference in quality compared to something on TV or Netflix (w/o the 4K subscription). Also, it works with Alexa commands which may make you slightly lazy!

I was between this tv and the comparable Samsung which I believe consumer reports rates slightly higher than the Sony. I picked the Sony for a few reasons. First, the picture looked great at the store. Second, the guy at best buy thought the Sony was better than the Samsung. Third, it went on sale for 1500 and lastly, my friend at work just bought it and said he loved it so i went for it. It still wasn't an easy call because I still have an 850 series Samsung from about 10 years ago that still works fine and has a better picture than some of the new tvs. Back to the Sony, 4k pic quality is awesome, tons of picture adjustments, live football mode make football games as well as Planet Earth series look like real life. It's android so it has all the apps you'd ever want. Sometimes the picture gets so bright it hurts your eyes. The not so good: it's always on standby so my sound bar never turns off because there is always a signal there, the regular hd programming picture is good, not great, you need to change the settings otherwise the tv will turn itself on throughout the night/day when you're not there. The remote isn't the best and sometimes the tv lags when going through the apps. Overall its a great tv and I don't regret getting a Sony and spending some extra bucks when there are plenty of cheaper 4k options out there.
