When I bought this it was $200 off regular price so not bad except.......it went down another $300 after Thanksgiving and they would not adjust price for me. I think the time frame for that is much to short (15 days).This TV was very easy to set up and GREAT picture quality. Also really like built-in Chrome.

The picture quality on this Sony is fabulous! I looked at a lot of other TV's before this purchase and found this Sony model to have the best panel and features. Was looking at the 850e but this was the same price, No Brainer! The panel features are 3 to 1 versus the 850e, spend the money you won't be sorry.

An excellent picture, especially for the price. My only complaint, when trying to adjust the picture, I went online and found a few "best way to set up your picture". Some were in direct contradiction to each other. if there was advice directly from the manufacturer or Best Buy, that would be really helpful.

Very happy with this TV - connects easily to the Internet the picture is extremely clear there is almost a 3-D effect The remote is easy to use, advise having it set up by the geek squad to your tuner, especially if you have surround sound.

This tv is so much better than the Samsung KS8000 I returned recently. The FALD makes a difference as this tv has much better blacks. The upscaling is fantastic. Colors look great. Input lag for gaming is decent..wish it were a little lower but it's not noticeable as is. Really liking the black thin bezel. What's not to like? The only possible con might be the lack of Dolby Vision. I personally don't think it's a big deal bc no tv can FULLY exploit that feature right now due to lack of brightness. This seems to be a few years away, and we may see dynamic HDR10 in the near future with a firmware update anyways. We'll see. In the meantime, this is a great set worthy of anyone's consideration.

This Sony 65" 4K TV is awesome. The color is unbelievable - clear and vibrant. My husband talked my into the 65". I wanted the 49". Let me tell you was I glad I listened to him. He was so right - "GO BIG OR GO HOME". We live in an apartment building and I thought it would be too big but I was wrong. This is the size you want. It's like being in a movie theater. I love this TV. What more can I say!!!!

Bought the 65 inch version. Originally was going to buy last years Samsung ks8000, BUT I'm glad I waited. Amazing processor, 4 hdmi with arc plugs, beautiful design with matte stainless tv stand and very well assembled and top-of-the-line quality control. Most important feature I was looking for , this model had, full array led..Not edge lit like most other tvs in this class. Truly makes a difference plus the hdr = A+++++++ Tv The only negative, it has the large power brick for ac/dc. wall mount is possible buy brick would have to be attached to back of tv (included in directions) or have it plugged into an outlet behind the component stand/shelf. Definitely 2 thumbs up.Go buy this tv.

After trying to decide for 5 days of visit at Bestbuy and reading reviews online. Finally decide to purchase this. The picture quality is fantastic and watching movies on this makes me feel like I’m in a theatre. The sound is great not super great but it does the job done. Very happy with the purchase

This is my fourth Sony HDTV, first 4K. I have never had any problems with any of them. This tv looks great and performs even better. The image is unbelievable. The Smart functions are better than my previous Sony. Overall, this is an excellent bang for the buck Andrew I would recommend it to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about this TV. OLED is out of my budget, so this is the next best thing. Lack of Dolby Vision honestly isn’t that big of a deal when I compare it to my other Dolby Vision enabled TV. However, it is a shame that Sony excluded this TV from the Dolby Vision update. I honestly can’t stand the Android OS, but that won’t hinder me from buying this TV. Picture quality is top notch, black levels are good (TCL 65R615/617 is better) and the brightness is more than adaquate. $1500 may be a bit much for this set, $696 for an open box is a steal especially considering that the 2018 replacement is much of an improvement over this.

This TV has a beautiful bright picture, and as expected the sound is bad, but that is to be expected on a thin TV. Get a sound bar. Android tv is getting better every day. I wish the remote could control other devices other than sony.

The TV has a superior picture. A Best Buy rep talked me into it after gazing at other cheaper TVs. I was interested in the Samsung curve because I owned one in the past, but recently moved and didn’t take it with me. Well after some time checking out all the options I went for it and I gotta say I’m not disappointed. The picture is amazing and the frame rate/refresh rate is great for gaming or sports. I thought I was a Samsung loyalist when it came to TVs but my mind has changed. Sony doesn’t let down and the built in android smart tv capabilities is very nice. I highly recommend the tv BUT the reason for the 4 star review is the remote. It is absolute garbage if you want my honest opinion. Worst TV remote I have ever used. It’s just not very responsive and you have to aim it directly at the TV or it has no idea what’s going on. I always find myself raising my arm up above my head to get that downward angle. Quite frustrating for a more expensive TV. Anyway don’t let that detour you. It’s great. Picture blows even the higher end Samsung’s out of the water in my opinion. (Their remotes are better tho).

Great pic quality. Blacks are nice and deep. Got this around 2018 Super Bowl time. It was $400 off and got another $120 off on an open-box. We're an Apple household so I was skeptical about all the "Android-ness" of this. We use a non-4K Apple TV for streaming, but if we know there is a 4K version of a movie we'll stream from the built-in Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon apps. They work fine. The remote is not so great. Beyond the great picture and the multiple HDMI ports, it's whats in the chassis that makes this a great investment. In a few short weeks, you'll forget the extra you paid versus the less expensive brands and be super happy in choosing this set. It really comes to life when it's in your home.

This Sony Bravia has excellent picture quality. I recommend using a sound bar. Also, my cable service delays the audio a fraction of a second from the picture, but I do not believe that is something the TV can compensate for.

We love this TV so much that we bought a second one. We have one in our basement and one in our living room. The picture quality is amazing and the android apps are so convenient. I love having Netflix right on the TV with the option to stream 4K. Definitely a great TV, so don’t hesitate.

The picture on this is soo much better than my old tv... I didn't know what I was missing color wise..It made the old John Wayne western True Grit look great . My old one was very good until I compared it to this one. It was a Samsung 1080 smart tv. . It was well worth the extra money.

This is a great tv. I am extremely particular regarding picture and sound and this tv far surpassed my expectation. We've had it for about 3 weeks now and no problems. The sound is way better that I thought, in respects the speakers are better than many soundbars! Sony has done again!

I started with an LG 4K TV and ended up returning it based off of the quality of the sports picture. This Sony TV, although more expensive than the LG had a much easier to use UI, as well as a top quality picture. The picture quality of cable football and hockey were far and above my previous LG TV. Standard cable TV shows also perform well. Just for reference, I have the TV in my basement which is relatively bright with some windows, and the glare is not an issue. I'd recommend this TV for multiple reasons.

The picture on this is fabulous! The only concern I have is not sure hubby will ever get off the couch. The TV fit perfectly in my space, the geek squad installed - Shawn did a great job and made excellent suggestions to height of wall mount. We could not be happier with our purchase.
