We have been very pleased with our Sony 65" 4K Ultra HD television. Set-up was easy, despite this being our first smart tv and the picture quality is amazing. We visited the store several times before making this purchase and I must say with each visit the Best Buy staff was friendly and knowledgeable in helping us make this decision. Also, the delivery process was a breeze. We received a call the day before, verifying the address and delivery time. On the day of delivery, the time was prompt and the two guys were super courteous and professional. We are very satisfied with this purchase and the entire buying/delivery process.

I sat on the sidelines watching the newer models for while with a 1080p TV. I really wanted our new unit to have HDR for the picture quality and came very close to getting either the Samsung or LG models on occasions. But the new Android TV with this Sony's picture quality was a worth the wait. The screen quality on this model is phenomenal! The upscale on our old content is so good, its like watching the movie for the first time again. The family was sitting in awe of how good it looked. The Android OS makes it easy to pull in your favorite apps and Chromecast works more reliably than Apple Air Play...even with our iPhones. Good move Sony!

Bought this Sony smart TV during Black Friday week at 25% off reg price. Picture and sound are superior. Still trying to configure AT&T remotes to this unit. Free delivery was offered so I did not need to drive to the store. Overall experience purchasing this tv online was flawless.

We purchased this on the last minute .....Salesman was awesome! Showed us all the differences between the top. Middle, and lower models. The picture and sound quality are awesome!!! We believe this is middle grade, per our salesman... we purchased in sale for 1500.00. Great value!!

I did a lot of research in TV's before I finally decided on this one and it was well worth the work. Incredible picture. 4K content looks incredible. Netflix app works flawlessly. Can't wait until digital cable is streaming in 4K so everything will look as good as bluray/4k content.

Originally purchased a Samsung 8000 series and returned it as it it was not happy with the picture and the setup Purchase the Sony and I could not be happier the picture is far superior over the Samsung. Best available picture for under $2,000 I highly recommend buying this TV set

Bought this TV to upgrade from a 40 inch Full HDTV I bought 3 years ago. I am blown away at what this TV is capable of. After searching YouTube for the best settings for my viewing experience I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Playing the Xbox one X on this TV is truly an immersive experience, and watching 4K movies with HDR makes me feel like I’m right there in the scene. If you have the opportunity to purchase this TV I highly recommend it. Make sure you get a premium certified 4K HDR cable (get it from amazon, much cheaper), this will ensure you get the maximum performance you can get from your TV. Enjoy!

I did a lot of research for the best 65" 4k tv with HDR without the price going through the roof. This TV is the best in its price point. The picture quality is amazing, the local dimming is on point, and the overall look of the TV is beautiful. You can't go wrong with this TV!

My last High Def TV was purchased on line and never quite looked as good as others we saw. This time the BB sales staff informed us of the need for a compatible receiver and helped with speaker needs. The end result was significantly better. The picture and sound are excellent.

First read about this TV on rtings.com it was rated the best midrange option in its size for 2017. Works and looks great. I like that its backed with Android TV to connect with my phone and the android app store. Better chance to see apps continued to be updated in the future.

We’ve had this television for 2 weeks and couldn’t be more pleased with it. For the price you can’t get a better picture. The clarity and definition are wonderful. No buyers remorse, and would buy it again tomorrow.

I was deabating this or the Lg oled b7. Although the Oled is nice it wasn't for me. I spend my time streaming videos and watching movies. No gaming or things like that. The quality is out of this world. First thing my wife said when I plugged it in was "Wow this looks good!"

After 7 years, it has kicked the bucket. Had to replace the power cord once. All my samsungs have yet to have issues. Just saying. The MB burnt out

After my 8 year old 43" TV died I did a lot of homework to replace it. I wanted a larger TV and that it is! Love the clarity. Love having a smart TV now. The biggest surprise of what I liked so much was talking into the remote. It was very easy to program / set up things.

Absolutely awesome television. Easy set up, This had the best picture in the store when I visited. No disappointments when I got it set up (which took about 5 minutes). I love this tv so much, I went and bought it's 55in little brother for my bedroom. Both are just amazing.

When watching live sports the tv keeps up with the action with virtually no motion blur. The detail is very good and the picture looks good in all lighting. However if the video is a replay of some kind it has terrible motion blur. Not sure why that is but being the replay I'm not hugely disappointed. All in all it's a good tv and I'm glad I purchased this one.

Love this tv. Vivid colors, great contrast, amazing detailed picture. It cost more than rival models from Samsung and LG, but I am glad that I bought this 65" tv, after debating and watching it for months. When it went on sale for $1799 from original $2499, I bought it.

TV is fantastic, however, SONY does a lousy job of providing documentation and troubleshooting tools. I did not need to troubleshoot, but it would be nice to have a manual (which they don't provide). I love the look of the screen and the picture just jumps out at you.

I chose the Sony simply by comparing picture quality in the Best Buy showroom. Starting out in the Magnolia section, my wife and I were drawn to the 75" version of this TV, displayed next to top-of-the-line OLED TVs. What impressed us most was the similarity in how it compared favorably with the OLED pictures, namely how well the TV rendered black areas on the screen and overall picture quality. We are very happy with the Sony and also purchased a Sony soundbar. Great TV at a great price!

I did a lot of online research before buying our new Sony XBR-65X900E. Long story short, We absolutely love this TV. Great picture! Highly recommend this model! Sound is ok but not a big deal because we planned on using a sound bar. Definitely would but this model again!
