Absolutely amazed at the picture! Sony has it right with this TV. Very pleased with my purchase.

Sony - 65" Utra HD TV has a beautiful picture. We only have it two weeks but so far its terrific.

Great picture even when it’s not receiving 4K. Good for regular HD, even better for enhanced HD.

every thing was as advertised. the salesman was very helpful and explained all the different bells and whistles and how they worked on this Sony TV and several other 65" TVs. I have had the TV about a month now and the picture quality is awesome and was easy to setup and use.

Very nice. Great picture. Depth and clarity a plus! Purchased a sound bar which enhances sound.

Easy to set-up and use. I hope to get some 4K BDs soon to really take advantage of the picture.

The TV has a nice picture, however it comes with a very bulky AC adapter and there are no accessories to connect the AC adapter to the TV. This is an issue for anyone mounting the TV on a wall and wants all of the cords hidden, I tried to use Velcro however the heat of the adaptor softened the glue and the adapter fell. After spending an hour with their customer service team, there are zip ties Sony provides with this model sold in Japan but not the US. Also, the voice control on the remote doesn't allow you to change channels if the tv is connected to a set top box.

For the money this TV is top notch. Full backlit display, lots of built in Smart TV apps, and fantastic picture and motion display. Not sure why it doesn't cost $3500 or $4000, but an awesome deal right now for a great TV.

We upgraded our master bedroom TV last fall to a Sony 55” and love it. This one went in our theater room along with a new Sony receiver and some new HSU Research speakers and Sub. It’s awesome!! We upgraded to the new AppleTV 4K and this TV rocks with 4K and HDR. Beautiful Picture!

We expected the TV to be good but it is great. The picture is amazing. We recommend buying it.

Had this TV for about 2 weeks. Replaced it with a Samsung MU8000. Really appreciate BestBuy no hassle return policy. Biggest complaints were a very sluggish interface menu. It would take 1-3 seconds from the time I pushed "Home" before the menu would appear. It would take 1-3 seconds from when I pushed "Guide" before it would show up. My Samsung is much more responsive. Didn't really like the complicated and busy remote. I downgraded a 65 inch Sony for a 55 Samsung. I sit about 9 feet away from the TV and 65 inch was just too big. Another complaint....The picture quality required setting changes depending on what I was watching. If I watched sports, I would have to optimize the picture settings. If I watched broadcast TV, I would have to adjust the picture settings. If it was a nighttime scene, I would have to adjust the picture settings. Everything on my Samsung just works with the "Standard" setting. No doubt the image quality on the Sony is better than the Samsung but it wasn't worth the other trade offs (and increased price)

I purchased this TV for my living room. It's great for family movie time, or watching sports.

A few adjustments were needed. I was sold a Bose Sound bar to go with my Sony. It wasn’t needed and i returned it. The sound from the tv is fine for my small home. I was disappointed in the 4K until I learned that my cable box has not caught up with the technology. My Netflix and internet shows are perfect high def. I didn’t want that cartoonish def they some TVs seem to have. Blu Ray DVD’s are great too as I purchased a quality LG player for my Oscar screeners. The size is wonderful. Big enough to feel like a theater but not so big as to cause distortion. I had to call geek squad to come out for technical adjustments inc syncing the remotes and programming the quality and other features. It was worth it to me because there is too much to figure out. I also upgraded my cable box. Lastly I bought an open box item that had been returned. I got a huge discount but the previous purchasers data and Netflix account were still on the tv.

Incredile picture...can see hair waving in wind; color incredible; best TV purchase I've made.
