I gave this five stars because I was able to solve the problems, mainly the audio is delayed through the tv, so apps like YouTube and Netflix will have severe lip sync issues. I was forced to use the Xbox one x as my main media provider and send audio and video out seperately to fix.

The tv produces a high quality picture when you view it through the Apps built into the tv, like Netflix. However, the picture isn’t even close to what you see at the store when you are watching live tv via Comcast. Wish Best Buy would have made that more clear when I purchased it. My picture on live tv is no better than my old plasma. Beware if you’re a game watcher and have Comcast!

The Sony 900E has far more options than I had expected. For beginners and experts alike, the easily customizable interface allows anybody to find the picture quality he or she is looking to find. Being my second 65” 4K HDR television, my preferences were a bit more fine tuned than with my first purchase. Given that Sony created the encryption to process 4K material, the Sony XBR900E is noticeably the faster choice when it comes to streaming from the internet. Boasting a performance with less load/lag time with streaming and a greater ability to customize and fine tune user preferences, this television ranks high and awesome!

It's a very nice unit. The blacks are awesome. I've not watched anything in true 4K yet so can't comment on that yet

i compared this side by side with 850E in the store running same content. Once Ilooked this (900) I could not go back to 850E. The local dimming really helps in deeper blacks. Even 1080p content looks much sharper, latter somebody told me it does upscaling of 080p content. I felt upgrade to 930 is not worth the price difference. It’s been few weeks I had this. No regrets. The tvOS is annoyingly slow. Not too happy with remote, google voice recognition works well. I am really surprised to see lot more over the air channels tuner recognized compared to my old tv. Over the air tv also looks better probably because of upscaling.

Really researched large screen TVs for quality and best price and bought the 900E Sony 65". It was fairly easy to set up and the picture quality is terrific. Sometimes sound quality can be a disappointment with large screens and may need enhancement with a sound bar; however, the sound is just fine without additional speaker(s). I was going to use a wall mount, but the nice looking and relatively sturdy stand that was provided works well with my 38" high entertainment console. The infinity screen really enhances viewing and adds to its clean look. I'm pleased with its overall performance and it looks great in my family room.

Perhaps the best purchase I made this year. It fit perfectly with my lifestyle. I game a lot and the 120 refresh rate is fantastic! Also the google interface is the best one I’ve ever used! Chrome cast works, apps work great as well, Netflix and YouTube you got it! I love this TV!

Picture quality is incredible, and easy to customize. Connectivity with other devices and smart features work great. Very light and easy to mount, love this TV, highly recommended.

Bought this tv to replace a 12 year old 50" sony tv. So far, it has excellent picture quality and was was easy to set up. The remote is very easy to use. Love my new sony!

This TV is incredible. DVDs look beautiful. So many apps and features. I'm still learning a lot about it. Easy enough to navigate, just a lot to learn. Looking forward to it.

Love it...bright colors and great contrast. A bit slow to respond to controller when using smart TV capabilities.

Works well, good picture. Not as good as my previous plasma, but seems like a good value for the size and quality.

I have had this TV for a few years now as a replacement for my 50" plasma that was becoming dated. Sony makes in my opinion some of the best TV's on the market. One specification that is commonly overlooked is the screen's native refresh rate. This LED TV supports 120hz TRUE refresh rate right out of the box, which most OLED TV's cannot do. This makes the display much more responsive and less having to rely on false frames to create a smooth image. Plus if you hook a PC or game console capable of running 4k at 120hz up to this TV you will notice that the performance is next to none.

Love this TV. The picture is crystal clear and set up was a breeze. I used to be a Samsung guy, but after buying this Sony I will never go back. Well worth the money.

This tv is the best I have ever had! the picture is great and it is so easy to set up and operate! the remote is also easy to operate! I do wish that sony would make it 3d!!

We had a 47" Fflat Screen TV that there really was nothing wrong with, but my husband talked me into the purchase of a larger TV with the promise of using the old TV in our bedroom. Wow am I glad he did. We looked at several brands, but a very helpful Best Buy Associate helped us pick out one that works very well in our family room. I am seeing details I've never seen before in the darker lighted shows, like GoT. We also watch a ton of sports, and it feels like we are on the sidelines. Very crisp picture. Set up was super easy. It's amazing how much the technology has advanced in less than 10 years. Definitely a good buy.

Sure, you can buy a Samsung, LG or Vizio 65" LED 4K 2160P HDR for maybe a little bit less money than a Sony. But if you look for sales, you can buy the top-of-the-line XBR900E Sony and be blown away by the picture clarity and hi-end options that are built into this TV. Love it!

This tv is incredible. Great picture right out of the box, but after watching a few videos on setting it up for viewing and gaming, it is even better. From a gaming stand point, it is amazing. Play Horizon Zero Dawn and you will see why. Hook up a good 4-1 HDMI splitter with good cables for multiple gaming systems and put into HDMI port 2 or 3. Viewing tv is amazing as well. I have this hooked up to a Vizio 5.1 sound bar and it has outstanding sound. I did a tremendous amount of research on several different brands, for me this was the best option. Buying this tv is worth every cent. Get it, you won't regret it.

Fantastic picture, blacks are extremely dark for a non-OLED tv. HDR and 4K resolution adds detail that has to be seen in person to be appreciated. Pairs well with Xbox X.

This TV is very nice and we like the picture quality. Seems to be made well. I have only had it a week though.
