Can't find one thing to complain about with this TV. The image is beautiful edge to edge. Don't care much for the internal TV speakers but I rarely use them -- send the audio through my receiver to Klipsch bookshelf speakers. Remote is very intuitive. One extra feature I wasn't expecting - this TV snaps to life so much faster than my previous Vizio. I couldn't stand the old TV's long "warm up" time. Like using an ancient tube TV. This Sony has no such issue.

Looked at a few other TV's and chose this one. Always likes Sony TV's. Had a 52 inch LCD and this 65 LED inch totally blows the old one away. The picture is very clear and watching sports is a new experience. Because I have the TV connected to my Receiver, I really am not using all the features that came with the set. Only item that I am not happy with is that it came with no owners manual. You have to find it online and print it out otherwise no other dislikes

This is a nice experience for watching television. Simple to put stand on and fun to watch action movies.

I take my time before I buy anything. Do my research. Read reviews. I even go into the store and talk to the employees and play with the item before I purchase. This TV was no exception. Reviews speak for themselves. Store employees recommend it. Plus with this set its back lit vs edge lit. Massive difference. Gorgeous TV, good price. You won't regret it.

We got this UHD tv after doing considerable research and based on its price point (value). It has the full-array local dimming which really does make a difference in the subtle expression of blacks. Also, the HDR made a huge difference, which I wasn't expecting. Certain things like lighting fixtures pop out now (as in reality), plus the sense of depth is enhanced. Very happy also with the android apps and convenient short cuts to favorite settings and services.

This tv has an amazing picture, and very user friendly. Remotes synced right up with my other gadgets.

I initially planned on purchasing either an OLED or QLED. However, getting anything close to 65" in an OLED was ridiculously expensive and the Samsung QLED seemed to be more hype than anything. After doing a ridiculous amount of research and staring at screens, I found that the Sony 4K Ultra provided a picture that was just as good (or better - depending on what you are watching) as the higher priced QLED. Obviously, I purchased the 4k Ultra.

Very smooth operating, with sharp picture. Android tvbis a little sluggish on it but I've seen worse.
