I noticed it about 2 days after I hung it on the wall. There were 2 gray lines on the screen - 1 horizontal and 1 vertical. It was most noticeable on light scenes such as sunlight, sky, or white screens. I looked this up online...it is a defect in LCD panels. This should never have left the Sony factory like this. I was able to return it to Best Buy but it was a huge inconvenience. Sony should send me some free stuff or something. Ridiculous I had to remove this tv and return it to the store Because of their poor quality control in their factories.
